This 26-week high-performance program is designed for cricketers—specifically batsmen and spin bowlers—preparing for the Sydney Premier Grade Cricket calendar. Part 1 begins two weeks after the season concludes, offering a structured path to build physical readiness for the season ahead.
Divided into 6 progressive training blocks, each lasting 5 weeks (4 weeks of load + 1 week deload), targeting:

- 🏃 Running & Sprinting Program – Linear speed, acceleration, and repeat sprint capacity
- 🎯 Rotator Cuff Conditioning – Targeted shoulder health work for throwing and overhead resilience
- 🔥 Plyometric Progression – Lower and upper body explosive power
- 🧘 Mobility & Movement – Sessions focused on joint health, flexibility, and functional movement
- 🌊 Active Recovery Options – Bike, swim, or sport-based cross-training built in where needed
